Dave Giles • CEO
A native of Osnabrock, North Dakota, Dave started his career in agriculture. By the age of 20, he was the manager of a grain elevator in nearby Milton. Dave grew to become a business leader, and continued in agriculture for 20 years. He managed several operations for Cenex Harvest States, including grain elevators and agri-supply centers, a regionalized operation of elevators, and a processing facility with both domestic and international sales. In 2002 Dave added his valuable business experience, successful management style, and winning track record to the InvisiMax team. Dave and his wife, Lori, have two kids, one attending University of North Dakota and the other attending North Dakota State University.
Phil Hebert • VP/Sales
Phil Hebert grew up in the small Minnesota community of Donaldson. After earning a marketing degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, Phil spent 14 years working his way up to V.P. of Sales and Marketing for D & D commodities, a multi-million dollar bird food producer with facilities in Stephen, Minnesota and Greeley, Colorado. During his time with the company, D&D Commodities exploded onto the national scene, becoming one of the world's largest specialty bird food companies. Phil brought his sales and management expertise to InvisiMax in 2001. Phil lives in Warren, Minnesota and has three children.
Rick Kroll • Operations Manager
After earning a Graphic Communications Degree, Rick spent over 3 years designing and producing web sites for Sundog Interactive in Fargo, ND. He then took an opportunity to learn more about computers and become a Technician Support Specialist for the Fargo Public School system where he helped troubleshoot their software needs for over 20 different schools. In 2003 Rick and his wife, Traci, decided to move back to his home town of Argyle, Minnesota to bring his graphic experience and technical knowledge to InvisiMax. They have two children.
Luke Lundin • Controller
Luke Lundin was raised on a small farm just outside Kelliher, MN. While earning degrees in Accountancy and Banking and Financial Economics from the University of North Dakota. Luke gained a wide variety of accounting experience through internships in public, private and governmental accounting. After graduation he went to work with the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutes as a state bank examiner. It was during this time as an examiner he earned his CPA certification. Luke and his wife now reside in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Mark Wimpfheimer • Managed Services Manager
Mark Wimpfheimer grew up in rural Warren, MN and went to school at WAO High School. Mark went to college at Bemidji Community Technical College and earned a degree in Computer Technical Support Services. Mark was interested in working for InvisiMax because it was based out of his hometown. It was a great opportunity for him to give back to his hometown community. In his spare time Mark likes to work on computers and play online computer games. Currently Mark is living in Warren, MN with his wife Amanda and their two children.
Gloria Norby • Customer Service Manager

Gloria was born and raised in Hallock, MN.  After being gone for 15 years, Gloria decided to move back into the area.  Gloria earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management System at the University of Minnesota, Crookston.  After earning her degree, she spent a year as an Installer/ Trainer Customer Support Representative for a Clinic/Hospital software company is central MN, traveling throughout the continental US.  Then she spent 3 years as a Technical Support Engineer and Certified Trainer for Great Plains Software.  The last 9 years worked as an accounting backbone application software tester for Microsoft and Great Plains Software.  Gloria brings many years of customer service experience and Microsoft Software knowledge to the InvisiMax Team.

 

 

Brenda Larson • Customer Service

Brenda Larson was born in Roseau, MN as a young adult she spent 10 years in Seattle, Washington and returned home in 1997.She attended college at Northland Community and Technical College graduating with an A.S. Degree in Computer Information Systems. In 2003-04 she attended Capella University pursuing her Bachelor's Degree. Brenda worked for Dean Foods/Land-O-Lakes in Customer Service and as a Certified Sales Consultant for a Ford -Mercury Automobile Dealership before joining the team at InvisiMax. Brenda has 4 Children, 2 Dogs, and 3 Horses.

 

JoDell Poolman • Customer Service

JoDell was raised in Warren, MN and she graduated from Warren High School. After high school JoDell attended Northland Community & Technical College.  After graduation she worked for 30 years with USDA/Farm Service Agency, of which 19 of those years she was an office manager.  After retiring from USDA she wanted to pursue her interest in computers. JoDell brings many years of customer experience and knowledge of computers to the InvisiMax team.  Currently JoDell lives in Warren, MN with her husband Dan.  They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. 

Justin Terwee • Technician
Justin grew up in Hallock and graduated from Hallock High School. Justin has always had a love of computers and has been working with them for the last 12 years. Justin currently resides in Hallock with his wife Alaina and his triplets.
Tim Beaton • Technician
Tim was born and raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota. After high school he started in the telecommunications industry, working for TCI in 1996, and later for Dish Network. He is married and has two children and currently resides in the outskirts of Forest River, North Dakota raising and showing quarter horses as the family hobby.
Jon Rybak • Technician

Jon was born in Warroad, MN and lived there until 1997. Jon then moved to East Grand Forks, MN where he attended high school.  He then returned to Warroad, MN his senior year and graduated from Warroad High School. Jon is currently pursuing a degree for AAS in Computer Service and Networking at Northland College. Jon has 3 children Ella (3yr old) Karsen (1 yr) Maleah (9 Yr) and his fiancé April. They currently reside in Grand Forks, ND.
