Q: Do you do onsite service?

A: At this time we offer onsite service on a limited basis, in Warren and Hallock. If you are not in either of those areas you would need to bring it into our Warren office, which is located here, or our Hallock office, which is located here.

Q: Is there a fee for onsite service?

A: There is a $35 trip charge for all onsite serivce in addition to any repair charges.

Q: What do I need to bring in with the computer?

A: When you bring in your computer please bring in the tower and any restore discs you may have. We recommend you bring the restore discs simply to save you time in the event that it becomes necessary to restore the system. It is not necessary to bring in any cables, monitors, keyboards, or mice.

Q: When you restore the system do you back up my data?

A: When we restore a system we do our best to make sure that personal documents and photos are backed up but we will need your help in this to get everything you want backed up. To make it easier you can make a list of things you would like backed up or make a folder on your desktop called "Backup" and simply place all those files in that folder. After it is restored we will make sure they placed back on your computer.
