How It Works
Electronic Data and Files are managed 24/7 through an intelligence software. Subscribing companies are able to protect and restore data without an IT user group. The information is stored at a remote site where it is backed up daily. The automation allows for complete recovery and restoration during a catastrophic event. The software is installed onto your workstation or server and all data changes are recorded and encrypted to a remote server. The information is transmitted securely over the network with high speed internet technology. The information is archived for immediate access.

Managing and Monitoring
Our operations service center will manage and monitor incoming files on a daily basis. An entire staff of professionals will work for your business to protect your data and will even restore data for your business if needed. There is a fee for our professionals to do a restoration process but we will also train any of your employees through the process at no cost.

Data is stored on the server for 30 days and then is removed. We offer and extension to 90 days of storage for $10 more per month.
