To get your referral credit the only thing you have to do is make sure that person you are referring mentions your name when they sign up with us. You will not get credit if they do not mention your name at the time of sign up! We will do our best to ask every customer who referred them in case it slips their mind, but it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure they mention your name.

You will get your credit on the bill immediately following the successful installation of the person you referred.
