InvisiMax is constantly growing and finding new ways to service our customers and a big part of that is finding better ways to deliver service to our customers. We are currently in the process of upgrading all of our major backhauls and the way we get bandwidth. This benefits our customers in a couple of very large ways; it allows us to provide better uptime as well as the ability to offer some higher bandwidth packages in some areas!

This change requires some changes in the settings on the customer end as well. Some of the numbers that are setup in your computer will need to be changed. The specific numbers we are talking about are the DNS numbers. Instructions for how to find those numbers can be found below.

Windows 98 and ME
Windows XP

The old numbers were 207.41.64.1 and 207.41.64.2. These will no longer be active and it is very important that we get those numbers changed to the new DNS numbers listed below.

208.72.145.129
208.72.145.133

The IP address can remain the same but the DNS numbers must be changed in order for your connection to remain working after the change over. If you cannot find these numbers, or you have a router please call our Customer Service line at 866.745.6030 and they will help you set them up correctly.
