Dave Giles • CEO
A native of Osnabrock ND, Dave started his career in Agriculture managing a local Grain elevator by age 20. Dave worked with Cenex Harvest States for 20 years.  Within this time was the GM of several different business units, country grain elevators including Ag supply centers, a “regionalization” including elevators,  Ag Supply, insurance,  and a Confectionery Sunflower division which included domestic and international sales.  Dave is an active volunteer for several nonprofit groups and has held a board position for several of them. Dave & Phil partnered in 2001 to create InvisiMax. He is a “Black Tie” (original members) of WISPA (Wireless Internet Service Providers Association). Dave and his wife Lori currently live in Fargo ND.  They have a Son Tyson, St Paul MN.  Daughter, Tessa Nelson, husband Tim, West Fargo ND.
Phil Hebert • VP/Sales
Phil Hebert grew up in the small Minnesota community of Donaldson. After earning a marketing degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, Phil spent 14 years working his way up to V.P. of Sales and Marketing for D & D commodities, a multi-million dollar bird food producer with facilities in Stephen, Minnesota and Greeley, Colorado. During his time with the company, D&D Commodities exploded onto the national scene, becoming one of the world’s largest specialty bird food companies. Phil brought his sales and management expertise to InvisiMax in 2001. Phil lives in Warren, Minnesota and has three children. He is also a certified Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do through Championship Tae Kwon Do in Grand Forks.
Mike Ruthig • Sales Manager
Mike began his sales and marketing career in Winnipeg as an account manager for a large steel service center and processing facility. After re-locating to Grand Forks, ND in 2006, Mike earned a bachelor of business management from the University of North Dakota in 2009. A series of internships and sales and marketing positions all paved the way for Mike’s professional development.In January 2012, Mike brought his sales and marketing expertise to the InvisiMax team.  His past experiences and proven track record provide a winning combination to InvisiMax and ensures continued growth throughout the region.Mike currently resides in Grand Forks, ND with his wife Joelle and their two children Madelyn and Nathan.  He is actively involved in numerous community based organizations including the Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce, The United Way of Grand Forks and the GF Curling Club.
Rick Kroll • Operations Manager
After earning a Graphic Communications Degree, Rick spent over 3 years designing and producing web sites for Sundog Interactive in Fargo, ND. He then took an opportunity to learn more about computers and become a Technician Support Specialist for the Fargo Public School system where he helped troubleshoot their software needs for over 20 different schools.In 2003 Rick and his wife, Traci, decided to move back to his home town of Argyle, Minnesota to bring his graphic experience and technical knowledge to InvisiMax. They have two children. He is also a volunteer Fireman for the City of Argyle and member of the Booster Club for Stephen-Argyle.
Luke Lundin • Controller
Luke Lundin was raised on a small farm just outside Kelliher, MN. While earning degrees in Accountancy and Banking and Financial Economics from the University of North Dakota. Luke gained a wide variety of accounting experience through internships in public, private and governmental accounting. After graduation he went to work with the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutes as a state bank examiner. It was during this time as an examiner he earned his CPA certification. Luke and his wife now reside in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
JoDell Poolman • Customer Service Manager
JoDell was raised in Warren, MN and she graduated from Warren High School. After high school JoDell attended Northland Community & Technical College. After graduation she worked for 30 years with USDA/Farm Service Agency, of which 19 of those years she was an office manager. After retiring from USDA she wanted to pursue her interest in computers. JoDell brings many years of customer experience and knowledge of computers to the InvisiMax team. Currently JoDell lives in Warren, MN with her husband Dan. They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
Joleen Ignaszewski • Customer Service
Joleen Ignaszewski was born in Moorhead, MN. Her family later moved to West Fargo, ND where she graduated high school. She attended Interstate Business College obtaining a degree in secretarial accounting. Joleen worked for many years in management, the banking industry and the human services industry while making the decision to return to school for Systems Administration. Joleen was recently the Systems Manager at a non-profit agency in Fargo, ND. Joleen brings many years of customer service and IT experience to the Invisimax Team. Joleen and her husband, Jason, made the move from Fargo, ND to Jason’s home town of Stephen, MN in February, 2012. Joleen has one daughter, Sarah, and a grandson, Hudson.
Justin Terwee • Technician
Justin grew up in Hallock and graduated from Hallock High School. Justin has always had a love of computers and has been working with them for the last 12 years. Justin currently resides in Hallock with his wife Alaina and his triplets.
Tim Beaton • Technician
Tim was born and raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota. After high school he started in the telecommunications industry, working for TCI in 1996, and later for Dish Network. He is married and has two children and currently resides in the outskirts of Forest River, North Dakota raising and showing quarter horses as the family hobby.
Bill Levenhagen • Technician
Bill grew up and went to school in Lancaster, MN. After spending time in the Marine Core, he then went on to install Satellite TV for 8 years. Bill brought with his installation expertise and professionalism to InvisiMax in 2011. Bill currently lives in Ardoch, ND with his family.
Mark Wimpfheimer • Managed Services Manager
Mark Wimpfheimer grew up in rural Warren, MN and went to school at WAO High School. Mark went to college at Bemidji Community Technical College and earned a degree in Computer Technical Support Services. Mark was interested in working for InvisiMax because it was based out of his hometown. It was a great opportunity for him to give back to his hometown community. In his spare time Mark likes to work on computers and play online computer games. Currently Mark is living in Warren, MN with his wife Amanda and their two children.
Jon Rybak • Technician
Jon was born in Warroad MN, where he graduated from Highschool.  Jon attended Northland Community and Technical College where he was pursuing an AAS in computer service and networking. Jon currently lives in Warren Minnesota with his four children Maleah, Ella, Karsen, and Gaige, Along with his wife April.
